1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the xbat platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the xbat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the xbat platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and xbat (the Platform). xbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on xbat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xbat is strictly a 21+ platform. Registering while underage violates these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated accounts, bots and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information at registration and update it promptly if it changes.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement on xbat or any other gaming platform.
• You must not use the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

3Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on xbat. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If xbat discovers a player holds more than one account, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void bonuses received via those accounts, and withhold any winnings accrued through them.

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number at registration. This number is used for account verification, security codes and withdrawal processing via bKash, Nagad or Rocket.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password confidential and do not disclose it to any third party. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify xbat support immediately.
• xbat may request identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal or as part of an ongoing KYC review.
• Accounts inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. xbat will use reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy policy.
• xbat reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Terms have been violated or the account is being used for unlawful purposes.

You may close your xbat account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

xbat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. The maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and is displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering requirements. xbat reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made from accounts and wallets registered in the name of the xbat account holder. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• xbat processes withdrawals as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary by payment provider and the outcome of any required verification. xbat does not guarantee a specific processing time.
• Funds deposited on xbat may only be used for placing bets and participating in casino games. Using the platform as a financial intermediary or money transfer service is strictly prohibited.

xbat does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply its own transaction fees. Please consult your payment provider for applicable fees before transacting.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

xbat may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are only available to players with a fully verified xbat account who have met any minimum deposit threshold stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified time limit results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• xbat reserves the right to decline a bonus to any player at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, multi-accounting or collusion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as a result of completing the applicable wagering requirement.
• Players may opt out of bonus offers by contacting xbat customer support. Players who opt out will not be eligible for current or future promotions unless they opt back in.

xbat reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings at any time if it determines a bonus was claimed in error, through misrepresentation, or through abuse of the promotion system.

6Responsible Gaming

xbat is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides built-in tools to help players manage their activity. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively and to seek help if their gaming becomes problematic.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and cooling-off periods directly from their xbat account settings at any time.
• Players may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years by contacting xbat customer support. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended and marketing communications cease immediately.
• xbat does not extend credit to players. Only deposit funds you can comfortably afford to lose. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not a source of income.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbat platform. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, winnings forfeited, and legal action pursued where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or at any other point of interaction with the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting scripts or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform's game systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing cards in poker-format games, or co-ordinating bets to exploit a bonus offer.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions or for any other purpose.
• Attempting to launder money or using the xbat platform for any financial transaction that is unlawful under applicable Bangladeshi or international law.

xbat employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected, xbat will act promptly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate players.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the xbat platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and game interfaces — is the property of xbat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, transmit or exploit any part of the xbat platform without the prior written consent of xbat.

Game software provided by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi and NetEnt remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. xbat is licensed to make such software available to players on the platform and does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbat's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited as follows:

• xbat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if xbat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• xbat does not warrant continuous or uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond xbat's control may cause temporary unavailability. xbat shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.
• Game malfunctions or errors in third-party game software shall be resolved in accordance with the relevant provider's published malfunction policy. In the event of a malfunction, xbat reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

10Privacy and Data Protection

xbat collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the xbat platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. xbat uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. xbat does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and relevant regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to operate the platform lawfully and fulfil obligations under applicable law. 11Amendments to These Terms

xbat reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xbat will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the Last updated field at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the xbat platform after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting xbat customer support.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. xbat operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and promptly. In the event of a dispute, players should first contact xbat customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, xbat will endeavour to resolve the matter through an appropriate dispute resolution process. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
